Cayman “Lock Down” Cook Off is featured
This Sunday April the 26th
Icoa eat & drink is hosting a Mystery Box Cooking
Competition by
creating identical mystery Boxes for all the competitors
(The
secret food items are selected by Icoa chef and Local Farmers)
The
Rules
1. Mystery Cooking Boxes are only available at Icoa for pick or
delivery on Saturday the 25th of April from 2pm onward.
The mystery box is for $75.00 for 2 people
Vegetarian Mystery Box is available for $ 65.00 (same rules
apply)
All boxes include a bottle of wine.
Customers can choose between the
following bottles when ordering the mystery box
Cape Landing Reserve
Chardonnay
. Nectarines, lemon zest, shaved almonds and
creamy French Oak.
. Margaret River . Western Australia .
Or
Cape Landing Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
. Violets,
glazed cherries, graphite and subtle hints of cedar and freshly roasted coffee beans.
2. Mystery Cooking Boxes will be available for curbside pick up or delivery from 2pm on Saturday April 25th.
3. Participants must use all ingredients in the mystery box and will be allowed to use 5 other ingredients from their own kitchens to cook a main course meal for 2 people complemented with at least one side dish
4. All submissions will have to be posted as live video entries on the Lockdown Cook Off event page before 10 pm on Sunday April 26th specifying the following:
a. Family and district introduction
b. Introduce your dish
c. Your inspiration
d. The 5 additional ingredients that were used.

Winner will be based on the total number of Hearts on the live video submission
by facebookers.
6.
Facebookers will have until Monday 6 pm to vote on their favorite dish.
Hearts will be totaled at 6 pm
and winner will be announced.
7. Winner will
get the honour of ‘Cayman’s “Lockdown”
Cook off Master Chef’
and a $200.00 Icoa Gift Certificate.
8. Entire household will be
considered as 1 entry.
All
Mystery boxes should be ordered by 10 am on Saturday the 25th of
April
